The structure is simple on purpose: identify motivated students, put them in a serious cohort, and make execution the default.
We look for initiative, curiosity, and follow-through rather than a polished founder persona.
Students enter a serious working group built around accountability, live feedback, and momentum.
The work moves from research into execution so students leave with evidence, not vague interest.
Top students unlock continued support, workshops, internships, and mentor access after the main accelerator.
